Building a website with Engage Web is a structured, collaborative journey. We’ll guide you through each step, making sure you always know what’s happening and what’s needed from you.

1 Design & Content Call

The process kicks off with a Teams call with your designer/developer and content editor to outline your website vision.

2 Your Homework

If you haven’t already, you provide any materials we need, such as your logo.

3 Design

We design the home page of your new website.

4 Showcase

You and your designer jump on a Teams call so we can show you the design and discuss any amends needed. Any amends are then actioned for your approval.

5 Build

Your approved design is developed into a complete website with all agreed pages. When it’s ready, we’ll send you a link so you can have a good look around, test out the new site and agree any amends.

6 Final Checks

Once you’re happy, we set a go-live date and quality check the site before go live.

7 We’re Live!

Your website is ready to share with the world.
